If you’ve received a product that you’d like to exchange (for example, if you’ve ordered the wrong size, scent, or color), you can easily request an exchange. Here’s how:
- Exchange Window: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, just like returns.
- Condition of Items: The item you’re exchanging must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- Availability of Exchange Items: If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit or refund.
Steps to Request an Exchange:
- Contact Us: Email us at exchanges@soapandmeadows.com with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange.
- Specify Exchange Details: Let us know which item you'd prefer in exchange (e.g., a different scent, size, or product). If you’re unsure, our customer support team is happy to help with product recommendations.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Ship the Item Back: You’ll need to ship the product back to us using a traceable method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Receive Your Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your exchange and ship out your new product. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as the exchange is processed.
If an exchange is not possible due to stock limitations or other reasons, we will offer you a full refund instead.
