- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase.
- Condition of Products: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used for hygiene reasons.
- Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, gift cards, discounted items, and customized products (e.g., personalized soaps or gift sets) cannot be returned.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received).
How to Start a Return:
- Contact Customer Support: Email us at returns@soapandmeadows.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Your Order Information: Include your order number and a brief explanation of why you're returning the item.
- Return Authorization: We will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your product.
Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
